Genuine Duncan Original Equipment Friction Stickers. Many of the new Performance Series yo-yos feature a "friction sticker" to enhance responsiveness. Just like string, these pads wear down after continuous or hard play. If your stickers are wearing down, you will notice a slower response and additional wear on your string.

Duncan Friction Stickers are an essential part for many Duncan yo-yos. Friction Stickers are what gives the yoyo its snappy response and smooth play. Friction Stickers are made of a black cloth backing with a rubber coating.

To maintain the performance of your yoyo, the Friction Stickers must be replaced when the rubber has worn off. To replace, simply peel off the old Friction Sticker, remove a new Friction Sticker from the sheet, pull out the center hole, and place on the yoyo half centered around the bearing. Make sure that the Friction Sticker does not rub against the bearing. This could keep your yoyo from spinning properly.


Keep a set of these along with additional string and you will always get the maximum performance from your Duncan yoyo.
